I'VE JUST PASSED MY DRIVING TEST!!!

Yay!!! I'm so excited! After failing four times, this feeling is just amazing!!!

Lol, I was shaking so much when he said I'd passed that I couldn't even get my license out, and my instructor had to do it for me! Heheh, oh, my, God, I'm so happy!!!

Just failed my driving test. Again. I can't stop crying. It's stupid, but I really thought that maybe I could do it this time. Stupid. I just wish that I wasn't such a complete failure at this.

I don't know if you guys have heard about this, but I've stolen it from purpleygirl, (thanks darling), to show all you Snape lovers! It's probably been up on mugglenet already, but I can't access it to check at the moment. It made me squee, if it really does mean what I think it means, so I just had to share it with you guys! Salman Rushdie introduces himself and says his question is kind of a follow up to the last one (The little boy who asks how can Dumbledore possibly be dead).

Rushdie: It has always been made plain that Snape might be an unlikable fellow, but he was essentially one of the good guys. (Massive cheering) Dumbledore himself has always vouched for him. Now (unintelligible) Snape is a villain and Dumbledore’s killed. We cannot, or don’t, want to believe this. (Cheering and laughter). Our theory is that Snape is in fact still a good guy. We propose that Dumbledore can’t really be dead. That this in fact is a ruse, cooked up between Dumbledore and Snape to put Voldemort off his guard. Harry then will have more friends than he knows when he and Voldemort do face. So, is Snape good or bad? (Massive cheering). It’s plain to see, everything follows from this. (Cheering)

Jo: Your opinion, I would say, is right. However, I see I am going to have to be more explicit and say Dumbledore is definitely dead.

So what does everyone think? Jo's usually really vague - so do you reckon she just gave up on the Snape front, or has this all been interpreted wrong?

I'm bored. Lol, how about I just babble at you lot and see where this goes... sounds like a plan to me!

So I'm in the middle of a thunderstorm right now. It's actually amazing! It hasn't rained for so long and suddenly it's just chucked it down. I've just been sitting, staring out of the window. There's something beautiful about a massive storm - I always find myself doing nothing but watching them. Best of all they'll be that gorgeous smell later - that smell you get of the garden just after there's been a massive thunderstorm. That smell is so fit.

So, after reading Leanne's post on the World Cup, I can't resist my own little rant. I can't believe we lost! But no-one get me started on Ronaldo! Boy, he better hope he's getting transfered to Real Madrid because you should see the articles of hate about him in our papers, lol. He so egged on the Ref - I mean I know Rooney was out of order, but surely that was only a yellow card!? Ronaldo even WINKED at the benches just after he was sent off! Gah, makes me soo mad!

Alright, I need another subject - blood pressure getting dangerously high....

So I finally updated my long term fic - Repercussions! It's very exciting. I hadn't written anything on it for months and months and I had complete writers block and then, suddenly, yesterday in the middle of the night I had this urge to start writing so yay! There was me, in the dark, at about 3am, trying to get the damn chapter written - but it worked!

On another note of complete shameless pleading - I've had one of my fics nominated for the Multifaceted Awards (*faints with shock, again*). Rah!!

I still can't access the forums! It's really annoying me now, lol. It's weird though - I never realised how much time I spent on them until they suddenly disappear. I mean, I knew that I probably spent more time than was probably wise surfing around the forums, but now suddenly I can't use them at all and I just don't know what to do! I'm sitting here just thinking 'huh, well what do I do now?' Usually when I'm bored I go hang out in the common room - now I'm just bored!

Worse is that I spent ages and ages writing my tarot one-shot for my Divination class, and now I'm never going to be able to post it or get feedback on it. I was really hoping for some feedback as well because I found it really difficult, but I really like the end result. I might post it here so you guys can tell me what you think. Liz, if you're reading this, can you tell Ravensgruff that I'm really sorry I've now missed the assignment and that I really would've liked to hand it in! Lol, I feel like the kid that always goes, 'Sorry miss, me computer broke' when coursework was due. I was never that kid... until now. How upsetting!

Well enough moaning.

What else can I whitter on about? Had a good day at work... but then how interesting can lettuces get? Believe me - the answer is not very.

Ummm, went to my friend's b'day party at the weekend. It was just like a family barbecue with a few friends but I've known him since he was little and it's so weird to think he's now 18. I know I am as well, but seeing him as 18 really made me think 'woah, I'm old!' I've got so many memories of mucking about with him and his brother when we were younger. I just got caught up in this storm of memories - it was so weird, and a little sad. You know when you're reminiscing and it's lovely, but it's a sort of bittersweat lovely. I can never get those days back, and I had such fun. Then again, I'm having a great time now as well so I suppose it's all relative. hehehe, I had such a flashback to friends there with Ross's game category of 'it's all relative!' [/randomness]

Okay, I'm going to go and pointlessly click on the forums again. :-(

I was going to attach my one-shot but I've just looked around the LJ page for about 5 minutes and I have absolutely no clue how you do it so there you go. lol, boy I'm in a weird mood.
